Application & Rental Process:

• Schedule a showing: Before applying you will need to go to our for rent page and schedule a showing for the property you are interested in. Note: If you are from out of town, you can schedule a virtual showing by typing “Virtual” before your name when scheduling a showing. Our agents will reach out to set that up.

• Submit an application: Once you've seen the property you can submit your application through the same for rent page by selecting the “Apply” link in the bottom left corner.

• Application Review: We process applications first come first serve and everyone 18 or older must apply for the application to be complete. We work efficiently to process the applications in the order received. Processing an application typically takes two days but it may take longer you are not first in line.

• Application Criteria: We screen applicants based on credit score, landlord references, income and background check. Click HERE to see further details on our application requirements. Our qualification standards are consistently applied to all applications.

• Application Approval: If you're approved, the next step is submitting your reservation fee which takes the property off the market and holds it for you. This reservation fee converts into your security deposit once the lease is completed.

• Utilities & Renter's Insurance: Before moving in, you will need to set up all utilities for the property and send our office a certificate of renters insurance.

• First Month's Rent: Before picking up keys, you will need to pay your first month's rent. If you move in mid month, we will provide you with a prorated amount of rent that is owed to start your lease.

• Connect Your Utilities: To connect your utilities, click HERE to navigate to our utilities page and select the utility provider that corresponds with those listed on your lease. You can also search your address on the utility providers website to see if they provide service to your area.
