If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency please call (919)471-2007 and select the option to contact our emergency staff. You will need to leave a message with details of your maintenance emergency and we will contact you right back by phone or text.

Please also log into your tenant portal and submit a maintenance request with a picture of the issue if possible. 

Only call concerning true emergencies. Emergencies are something that causes danger or harm to the property or occupants which cannot wait until the next business day.

If there is a fire or life threatening emergency call 911. 

If the issue is pressing but not a formal emergency you can submit a maintenance request through your tenant portal and mark it as "urgent".
