As a Durham native, Kim has witnessed the rapid growth of the Bull City and brings her local expertise to every transaction. She has worked with both experienced investors and first time home buyers over her years as a broker, expertly guiding them through the sales process to achieve the best outcome and meet their goals.. Her knowledge and common sense approach helps her clients understand each step and make the transaction as smooth and enjoyable as possible from contract to close.

Brandon Carlton


Brandon Carlton, originally from Northern California, moved to North Carolina in 2020 and has since embraced the area's greenery, friendly people, and rural landscapes. With experience buying and selling homes in both California and Raleigh, he understands the challenges of the real estate market. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife, Sienna, and their three young children, as well as playing music, hiking, and volunteering at his local church. Brandon holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Liberty University and leverages his experience in building safety and business to navigate and negotiate the best outcomes for his clients.

5. Inspection & Repairs:  Inspecting the property will uncover any defects or needed repairs and our brokers will assist you with determining costs and solutions for getting any repairs resolved.


6. Closing & Keys:  Right to the closing table, we will guide each step till you have keys in hand to your new home.
