If you have seen the property and are ready to apply, our qualifications are as follows:

• Minimum credit score of 625. (Credit scores between the range of 625 & 650 may be denied if there are delinquent balances.)
• Criminal background considered, with particular attention to felonies.
• Previous rental history: Have you paid on time? Have you taken care of the property? Have you given proper notice that you are vacating? Do you owe a balance to any landlord?

Please be aware that once we process your application, the $75 application fee is nonrefundable. Apple Realty processes applications in the order they are received. Please provide accurate information. If your information is inaccurate or incomplete, we may choose to move to the next applicant.

A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile (No Pet/Pet/Animal). This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.
